Impressionist Paris 2CV Private Tour
From the Louvre to the Tuileries, the Gare Saint Lazare to the Boulevard des Capucines: by the late 19th century, the Impressionist painters were hard at work capturing the streets of Paris in the throes of a huge transformation. Some of the greatest names of the movement, including Renoir, Monet, Pissarro, Degas and Caillebotte – as well as, later, Van Gogh – immortalized many of the most beautiful views of the capital in their canvases.
More than 100 years later, the 4 Roues Sous 1 Parapluie team can take you on a unique journey to discover – or re-discover – these iconic places aboard a veritable wheeled monument of French culture: the Citroën 2CV convertible.

After being picked up at your Paris hotel or apartment, you’ll be whizzed off for a 1h30 tour in the footsteps of the Impressionist painters, with the hood down and the wind in your hair.
Along the way, your driver can regale you with a guided commentary, revealing the secrets behind the monuments and sites you pass in real-time. An iPad is also available, so you can have fun comparing the sites with the famous paintings that depict them.
