Exhibition ticket – Années 80

Currently on display at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, the exhibition Années 80. Mode, design et graphisme en France celebrates the 1980s with a major exhibition in the nave until 16 April 2023.

This historic decade resonates in France as both a political and artistic turning point in the fields of fashion, design and graphic arts, from the election of François Mitterrand in 1981 to the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989.

700 pieces (objects, furniture, fashion designs, posters, photographs, music videos, album covers and fanzines) retrace this frenetic period that became synonymous with eclecticism, during which postmodernism opened up all artistic possibilities.

• Free for under 26s, unemployed people and RSA holders (on presentation of proof). Booking required (+ €1 admin fee).
