Description

In a green and peaceful setting, between forest and castle, chef Kunihisa Goto and his wife Vanessa are behind the stoves of the city's most famous restaurant.

A mix of cultures and a perfect gastronomic combination between Europe and Asia, between France and Japan. Let yourself be seduced by the surprising mix of shiitake and lobster or even more surprisingly, shiso leaves with sweetbreads. This is what we call a triple axel!

Ranked among the top seven most promising young chefs of tomorrow by the Gault&Millau guide, chef Kunihisa Goto delights you with his perfectly cooked dishes with Asian flavours. Humble and demanding, it sublimates the products and cares for the style, just like the translucent egg at 65° C. With all these qualities, the Michelin star was well deserved!

The capacity is 36 covers and the pleasant, friendly and professional service is masterfully led by Vanessa Goto, who also takes care of the wine service with a list of more than 500 references. A cosy atmosphere, innovative decoration by Mrs Goto and a treat for the taste buds. What a wonderful time to spend!
