Blou Paris

Blou Paris

At the crossroads of design, fashion and home decor, this concept store nurtures and promotes new talents, and operates out of Batignolles, a villagey neighbourhood in constant evolution.

Description

Blou was set up by two trendsetters, Julien and Nicolas, who are passionate about design and contemporary art. Always on the lookout for new designers, they are masters in the art of selecting beautiful, functional and fun products that are hard to find elsewhere in Paris. Their comprehensive and original range of furniture, lighting, menswear and accessories surprises as much as it delights.

Style and elegance

All three boutiques are located in the Batignolles neighbourhood: two adjacent stores on rue Legendre and their newest venture devoted to the furniture brand Hay and lighting brand Tonone, which opened in late 2016 on Rue des Dames. Each space is designed to feel like a friend’s apartment, elegant but not intimidating. You’re bound to find something you love, whether it’s a Foscarini lamp, Marimekko tableware, Muuto porcelain vases, colourful and soft blankets designed by Andreas Engesvik, limited-edition Rains backpacks, or quirky sweatshirts by Bask in the Sun. Blou also carries a cutting-edge selection from European furniture designers like Hay, String and Petite Friture, with everything from stools to sofas.

To top it off, there’s always a warm welcome and a desire to share Blou’s passion and their latest finds with their customers. With a wide range of prices, there’s something for all design lovers, no matter the budget.

Indulge yourself with the design shops in Paris.
