Palace ticket: The Palace’s most famous locations and the temporary exhibitions.
This ticket permits admission to the King’s State Apartments, the Hall of Mirrors, the 17th century Galleries, the Gallery of Great Battles, the Royal Chapel (visible from the Chapel’s vestibule), Louis XV’s daughters’ Apartments (only at the weekend in high season) + The temporary exhibition.
Versailles Palace ticket is included in the Paris Region Pass - Experience.
Practical information
Opening times
- The palace is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. in high season (April to October) and from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. in low season (November to March)
Tickets and prices
The ticket is valid for two years as from the date of purchase.
An audioguide (in ten languages) is included in the price of the ticket (as from eight years of age).
The various parts of the estate, the temporary exhibitions and the audioguides are free for those under the age of 18, EU nationals under the age of 26, pupils, teachers who work in a French school and have a Pass Education card, the disabled and their carer, and job seekers upon presentation of proof of entitlement that is less than six months old.
If you are entitled to free admission, go directly to the palace’s main entrance with your proof of entitlement.
