The best are here, it's a match of 18. A race of all records, the Prix d'Amérique is the World Championship of harnessed trotting.
Since 1920, as a tribute to the American involvement in the First World War, it has pitted the greatest cracks of the moment against each other driven by the best drivers. All the components of the extreme are there: power and speed of the athletes, skill and strategy of the drivers.
The "Grand Prix d'Amérique", a legendary horse race
Many legends have left their mark on this almost century-old event. Ourasi, four times winner of the event, will certainly remain the best known and most adulated, but other champions such as Varenne, Général du Pommeau, Ready Cash, Jag de Bellouet, Bellino II, Uranie, have also written the history of this race.
