Description

On the most talked-about rooftop in Paris, the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann welcomes renowned chef Julien Sebbag for a new restaurant, located just opposite his now famous Creatures. With a breathtaking view of the Opéra Garnier, this experiential table offers a highly iodized seasonal menu.

True to an eco-responsible approach, no products are farmed and the fish are caught directly from the sea or river for dishes that follow the seasons. An ethic that is close to the heart of Chef Julien Sebbag, who wants to limit over-consumption by carefully selecting all his products.

As for the decoration of Tortuga, it was entrusted to the architect Franklin Azzi, and the artistic direction to Pierre Marie. The ceiling is made of wooden slats used on boats, and on the walls you can admire the stretched canvases with a seabed design.

With noble products, an aerial design and an unobstructed view whether you are inside or outside, this is the place to be in Paris!
