Description
In the town of Saint-Denis, just a stone's throw from the famous Stade de France, take the time to enjoy a delicious and entertaining experience at Le Grand Bouillon Sauvage.
Housed in a 1,500 m² hangar with over 300 seats, around the table football or sitting on one of the nearly 400 chairs or armchairs, this lively venue awaits you for eating, drinking and chatting with family or friends.
The Grand Paris canteen
Like the Saint-Ouen flea market, all the furniture is second-hand and meals are served on mismatched plates, reminiscent of the building's former function. Part bar, part restaurant and even part bakery and patisserie, this friendly place offers fusion cuisine made with local produce, 100% organic and high quality.
The dish of the day changes according to the chef's inspiration and the day's deliveries: tagine on Monday, confit salmon on Tuesday or creamy risotto on Wednesday, each dish is mouth-watering and surprising. To finish on a sweet note, the signature pastries are homemade and reasonably priced. There's no reason to deprive yourself!
When evenings are more festive, there's nothing like sharing a good pizza with friends. Veggy, Parma or Tartufo my love, Le Grand Bouillon Sauvage offers a menu with no less than 13 recipes for wood-fired pizzas.
