Restaurant Sinner

Sinner restaurant

In the heart of the Marais, in the centre of Paris, the Hôtel de luxe Sinner unveils a restaurant and bar with a very Parisian style, heterogeneous and teeming, like the district.

Description

The Sinner Hotel is a mixture of religious heritage, cosy spaces and spectacular volumes. Architect Tristan Auer has created a raw décor with an enveloping atmosphere down to the smallest detail. From the electric languor of the restaurant to the rooms inspired by ecclesiastical cells, from the dark corridors lit by stained glass to the concept store housed in the crypt, Sinner sets all standards free!

A trendy restaurant

Sheltered by the planted facades that run the length of the restaurant, Sinner's table offers ethnic cuisine to share with friends. Inspired by the nomadic gastronomy of the desert and South America, Chef Adam Bentalha has created a menu that is "mixed" in its noblest but also in its most legible form. At the table, it is the rituals, the gestures and the staging that create the link and this convivial simplicity.

Black Angus beef confit in a clay crust, grilled octopus, corn, spicy peppers, crispy rice, spicy red tuna, Kefta marinated in kamoun, granada molasses, salmon, hajikami, sesame oil, avocado carpaccio, cumin, mango, sweet potato fries with zaatar, spinach salad, truffle, yuzu, parmesan… all these inspired dishes make your mouth water! During his career, Chef Adam Bentalha has worked in some of the most beautiful starred brigades. Executive Chef of Brach Paris since 2018, he has instilled his new vision of Mediterranean cuisine: lighter and more creative.
The desserts of pastry chef Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, are also far-flung, with Cacaosuyo, avocado, Coco mango or Pineapple carpaccio infused with olive oil and vanilla, with pomegranate slivers. Creations that reveal travel flavours bathed in light and exoticism.
In the upper part of the restaurant, you will find this joyful and spontaneous cuisine at lunchtime. A Parisian restaurant off the beaten track that is fast becoming the place to be!

Le Bar du Sinner

The Bar du Sinner, with its spectacular volumes and its view over the restaurant, with its cosy and intimate atmosphere and its exclusive lounge, is set to become a place of reference in an avant-garde, creative, joyful and lively district, and completes the restaurant's offer.
Here, destinies meet around a travelling mixology and a mixed finger food - cold kemiah, cromesquis, ceviche, shish kebab, tapioca with vegetable sauce…
The cocktails inspired by mysticism with Latin names bring out the best of the cultures and seasons. The menu, deliberately short and balanced with a dozen "creations" with evocative names - Purple Heart, Memento, Noma… - favours fresh products and a 100% homemade know-how, from the infusions to the minute preparation. Taste spirits from small distilleries, including some fifteen old rums, thirty whiskies and a fine selection of gin.
