Description
To introduce 6- to 12-year-olds to the biodiversity of our planet: that is the mission of the Galerie des Enfants, located on the first floor of the Grande Galerie de l’évolution at the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle. Three different biotopes are waiting to be explored: the city (Paris), the river (in the Seine Valley) and the tropical rainforest (in Brazil).
This new kind of exhibition stimulates all of the young visitor’s senses, with video and audio clips, touchscreens, smellable exhibits, mini-performances, and all kinds of hands-on experiences… It turns learning into an exciting adventure!
And to make things easier, activity leaders are on hand throughout the museum. A great opportunity to give budding explorers the independence they dream of!
