Description

BAPBAP was born out of two friends’ longing to share their passion for top-quality, local beer with others – so they made one themselves, right here in Paris. You’ll find this small, yet mighty brewery tucked away in the 11th arrondissement, where you’ll be able to learn about the whole beer-making process: from crushing the malt to bottling the brew.

A 100% Made in Paris beer

With grains from Picardy, Paris water, hops, a touch of coriander, yeast, 1.5-2 hours of boiling and three weeks of fermentation, there you have it: a local, 100% “Made in Paris” beer!

During the guided tour – lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes – you’ll be plunged deep into the heart of a 1,800 m2 Eiffel-style building, where you’ll learn all about the stages of making craft beer. The brewery tour ends with an initiation into beerology, with a 4-beer tasting session and an introduction to their ingredients. You’ll get to crunch on some malt, smell the hops, see some incredible machinery, and of course taste the beers (in moderation)!

Live other gastronomic experiences!
