Talented and passionate, Julia Sedefdjian has become a figure of the French Gastronomy, thanks to her star that has made her the youngest starred chef in France. With her two partners, Sébastien Jean-Joseph and Grégory Anelka, she has just opened Baieta (a kiss in Nice patois), her first restaurant.
It will seduce you with its elegant and uncluttered decoration, its large fresco signed Frédéric Agid and its rum cellar. A warm and welcoming place in tune with the owner's image and her cuisine.
For the surprise is above all in the plate with a profusion of flavours that take us to the shores of the Mediterranean sea. A comforting and imaginative cuisine like her flagship dish, Bouillabaieta, a bouillabaisse revisited and accompanied by rust and croutons. Monkfish, Saint-pierre, scorpion fish and squid splash happily in a fish soup. A delight!
