Unico

A former butcher's shop, Unico has kept its storefront as it is, but as you walk through the door, you find yourself in Buenos Aires in the 1970s.

Description

It's the story of an Argentinian in France for more than 25 years! Marcelo Joulia decides to take over the old butcher's shop on rue Paul Bert to turn it into a restaurant and let you discover the gastronomy of its origins.

The decoration takes you back to the 70s, with orange tiles and suspensions of the same colour, all mixed with some remains of the old butcher's shop. The seventies touch is well present.

On the plate, the dishes have been prepared in the purest tradition, with meat cooked over a wood fire, vegetables grilled à la plancha, accompanied by a series of sauces. And to finish the essential banana con dulce de leche. Yummy…

In the 11th arrondissement of Paris, Unico's reputation is well established!
