The Cité du Cinéma Celebrates Fête de la Musique

In 2026, the Cité du Cinéma is establishing itself as one of the new cultural destinations in Greater Paris. For Fête de la Musique, it is opening its doors wide for a festive, free event open to everyone, bringing together concerts, performances and artistic encounters.

A much-awaited reopening

After a period of transformation, the venue is beginning a new chapter in its history as a true cultural and events hub. Located in the heart of Saint-Denis, in a repurposed industrial site, it brings together heritage and contemporary creation through an ambitious programme.

Designed as both a living space and a platform for artistic expression, it highlights cinema, live performance, music and media with a strong focus on transmission and sharing, while supporting emerging talent and showcasing a wide variety of artistic forms.
A cultural destination in its own right, where everyone can come together to create, discover and share.

A festive and eclectic Fête de la Musique

To celebrate this new momentum, the Cité du Cinéma invites you on Sunday 21 June 2026 for a Fête de la Musique dedicated to togetherness and diversity. The event will take over several areas across the site, from the forecourt to the Nave and the Glass Roof spaces, transformed for the occasion into open stages hosting concerts, DJ sets and live performances.

The day will feature a rich and eclectic line-up spanning pop, rap, rock, folk, world music and electronic sounds. Established performers and emerging talents will share the spotlight, with artists such as Adieu les fleurs, DJ Adrian Lemarc and the collective KSSID & la Jam Khelwi, alongside thoughtful and vibrant performances by Erela and the choir Voix Plurielles.
Beyond the concerts, the event is designed as a truly convivial experience, with food trucks, relaxation areas, activities and artistic encounters throughout the day, creating a warm and festive atmosphere for all.
