Description

It is in this emblematic Parisian landmark that the renowned Michelin starred chef Thierry Marx has settled. After a spectacular renovation to prepare for the Paris Games, the newly restored Grand Palais installs its café restaurant on the mezzanine overlooking the main entrance hall.

Under the guidance of Thierry Marx, Réséda Café offers generous, simple, seasonal cuisine that highlights local products and short supply chains. A welcoming space dedicated to sharing, conviviality, and culinary discovery—open to everyone.

Designed in collaboration with the SSP group and renowned designers, the restaurant blends simplicity with elegance. Sustainable furniture, soft green tones, and natural materials create a warm, contemporary atmosphere. Bathed in natural light thanks to large windows, the space offers a privileged view of the central hall and Square Jean Perrin.
Simplicity, creativity, and environmental respect guide both the décor and the dishes. A true success.

Responsible and Flavorful Cuisine

Thierry Marx, known for his commitment to sustainable and socially conscious cuisine, envisioned Réséda Café as a place where gastronomy is experienced in a responsible and human way. The menu is varied, and the dishes are designed to be enjoyed at any time of day. A hot drink with a pastry after visiting an exhibition, a family brunch to make your weekend special, or a cooked dish for dinner with friends just steps from the Champs Élysées—the possibilities are endless.

This new venue offers artisanal, flavorful, and ethically crafted cuisine. Each dish reflects a season and a terroir, and every ingredient is carefully selected with a preference for short supply chains. Jambon de Paris, mushrooms, carrots, and Ile de France leeks come together beautifully on the plate. A true return to simplicity and authenticity—perfect for a relaxing break in the warm setting of the Grand Palais.
