Description

Right at the heart of Faubourg Saint-Honoré in the Marquis de Lafayette’s former private apartments, Moma Group and Blackcode – who are already behind several other restaurants on the Paris scene such as Froufrou and the Manko Paris Cabaret – are delighted to now bring you a new, ultra-cool venue.

Designer Tristan Auer has infused classic décor with modernity for this historical setting. Neutral tones, sharply contrasted against a royal blue, welcome you into a world which takes you straight to Tokyo for a sensational adventure! The cocktail bar and the fresco by artist Julie Gauthron will draw your eye right from the start, leading you towards the three dining rooms filled with enticing leather seats.

Chef Shuhei Yamashita is in the kitchen, and combines the best of modern Japanese cuisine with classic French cooking to amaze and astound your taste buds! His flavours are bright and full of life, singing in harmony with dishes like tempura vegetables, scallops with ponzu butter and a rack of lamb with a gochujang sauce.

The dessert menu has not been forgotten, and a partnership with Maison Fauchon brings diners four iconic pastries – a Paris-Brest, or a lemon and yuzu tart for example. The stage is set for a cultural, visual and culinary experience!
