Restaurant Pink Mamma, Paris 2017.

Pink Mamma

It is in Pigalle, in a 4-storey building made of pink bricks and covered with ivy, that stands the Pink Mamma, the capital's new Italian institution. A tavola!
  1. What to see and do
  2. Gastronomy
  3. Pink Mamma

Like a trattoria perched on a Tuscan hill, the Pink Mamma opens the doors of this hilly country with its Mediterranean scents. In a dolce vita style decoration, with the mamma’s plates hanging on the wall, ivy and jasmine climbing along the columns, take a seat on the flowered benches of the sublime glass roof on the top floor for a first sense of amazement.

Then comes the time of service. Your steak is grilled on a 3-metre long barbecue in the purest Italian tradition. Bistecca alla fiorentina is the speciality of the place. Cooked to perfection, the meat is tender and tasty. Next to the maxi-meats, you will find the traditional pizzas or the freshness of a caprese burrata.

The Big Mamma team, in full success story after East Mamma, Ober Mamma or Mamma Primi, is thinking bigger and hitting the bull’s eye with this new address in the heart of the Pigalle district. La bella vita!
