For lunch, the chef shares his passion and inspiration to create a memorable moment. Pont-Neuf croissant, fine tarts, pain bagnat… generous and sincere baked dishes produced by a team with a love of quality products and expertise. Vegetables from the kitchen garden and cereals are skilfully used to make the salads on the menu. You’ll be surprised by the poule au pot style vol-au-vent or the Grand Roux corn soufflée tart.
The afternoon tea menu features delicate pastries from the different regions of France. On a trolley nicknamed “the wanderer”, discover the creations of chef Maxime Frédéric to delight the taste buds of the young and old alike. Mini-religieuses, éclairs, amuse-bouches and gourmet desserts will take you right back to your childhood. This carefully presented and delicately served culinary ritual is accompanied by herbalism workshops.
From 6 p.m. the party starts with cocktail hour. Florian Thireau, head bartender at Cheval Blanc Paris and a passionate mixologist, creates signature cocktails with floral and spicy notes that create a taste sensation. Jasmine and white tea or damask rose and aloe vera, it’s a treat for your taste buds.
As night falls, in this cosy, intimate atmosphere overlooking the Seine, Limbar takes you on a journey of the senses. Like an artist, Florian Thireau composes, explores and creates unique flavours. To produce a subtle, flowery taste, he mixes, blends, shakes, chills, roasts, freezes and flames. You’ll be in seventh heaven when you taste this interpretation of elegance, splendour and romance.
