Description

Le Printemps
Le Printemps du Goût has established itself on the top floors of Le Printemps de l'Homme as the premier destination for food lovers. It is a place where quality, origin and expertise are celebrated, an ode to gastronomic richness. A place where your appetite grows as you eat. Jules Jaluzot, the founder of Printemps, wanted to create a place where everything is new, fresh and beautiful, just like the spring season. And that's exactly what he did. After strolling through the aisles of Printemps Haussmann, you find yourself facing a breathtaking view of Paris, where every menu tells a story.

Flavours to savour on the rooftops of Paris

On the 7th floor, Le Repaire de Bacchus, the unmissable wine merchant, unveils its prestigious selection of wines and spirits. On the terraces, for a coffee break, tea or an impromptu aperitif, there is Le Bar Perché with its breathtaking 180° view of the Paris skyline and the Eiffel Tower. Further on, make way for Malo, the artisan crêpe maker, with his tasty Breton galettes and gourmet crêpes accompanied by cider.

On the 8th floor, where the staff canteen was located at the beginning of the century, some of the biggest names in cuisine have hung up their aprons: Ikê, a unique concept based on the flavours of the sea; Supernature, the healthy canteen of the Grands Boulevards; Regain, the steakhouse on the rooftops of Paris; and Laurent Dubois, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and his cheeses.

A place as beautiful as it is delicious

The charm of Printemps du Goût lies in the perfect fusion of delicious food and beautiful surroundings. In terms of décor, the space features Printemps' iconic mosaics, embellished with contemporary touches such as hanging lights reminiscent of lanterns and glass lighting fixtures. The charm is reminiscent of an old-fashioned canteen. Immersed in a warm and friendly atmosphere, you will discover restaurants dedicated to each speciality, characterised by elegant mosaic counters enhanced with brass details.

And the chef's surprise: the view. You'll find yourself immersed in the world of Ratatouille. Seated on the rooftops of the City of Light, you can contemplate the landscape while savouring the best that Paris has to offer.
