Their walls are covered in pieces by emerging or established street artists using different techniques from graffiti to stencils, not forgetting montage. So come to admire creations by well-known artists such as Jérôme Mesnager, Le Cycklop, Manyoly and Gregos. Solo and collective exhibitions are held throughout the year for art lovers or, quite simply, curious visitors.

The Lavo//Matik also has a whole host of other surprises in store for you! Looking through the shelves you will find a wide choice of books and magazines devoted to street art. And it doesn’t end there, because this place also pays tribute to Rock 'n' Roll and Reggae among other genres of music! This melting pot of cultures even extends to common walls! Street artists have also taken over the surrounding areas helping to give the Bibliothèque nationale de France district a brand new soul.
