Following the closure of his Michelin-starred restaurant Le Quinzième, Cyril Lignac decided to open a new restaurant at the same address. Named Ischia, after the Italian island off the coast of Naples, also known as the “green island”, this restaurant will take you on a spectacular journey with Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

For Cyril Lignac, famous chef and presenter of the TV programme Top Chef, the guiding principles in life are sharing, pleasure, and culinary indulgence. A passionate and knowledgeable professional, he enjoys inventing and reinventing his cuisine. With his chocolate shop and Aux Prés restaurant, he already brings joy to Parisians and visitors from all over the world.

Pizzette, buffalo burrata, vitello tonnato, Calabrian salami, beef carpaccio with lemon mustard cream, potato gnocchi, green ravioli alle vongole, pipe rigate alla vodka, aubergine alla parmigiana, veal Milanese… Ischia offers an authentic, personal interpretation of Italy’s truly rich gastronomic culture. The Mediterranean-inspired menu is both universal and sensorial but above all, distinctive.

There is also a cocktail menu which oscillates between unique creations and popular Italian classics such as the subtle and tangy “Ischia Verde” (Sailor Jerry rum, rocket, vanilla-infused limoncello, lemon juice, soda water), the floral and fruity “Midnight in Milan” (Russian Standard vodka infused with hibiscus, raspberry, Chinotto liqueur, lime juice) or the sweet and sparkling Mamma Mia (Tanqueray gin, Fiorente elderflower liqueur, fresh grapes, Prosecco).

Italian décor

Everything has been carefully considered, from the lettering on the frontage, to the choice of lighting and the fabric on the seats, not to mention the dishes and pastries and the chef’s hand-picked team. Nothing escapes this great chef: a gourmet style with tried and tested techniques, at ease with both French culinary heritage and his curiosity for the richness of foreign cuisines.

The charm of the island of Ischia is reflected in the atmosphere of the restaurant. With warm and sunny tones, and raw, earthy materials for the furniture, the architectural duo Studio KO has recreated Italian elegance. Ischia offers a diverse atmosphere with two main spaces, each overlooked by a magnificent Italian marble counter. There is also a grand and spacious terrace hidden from view by Mediterranean-inspired greenery which on fine days serves as the ideal setting for a meal with friends or a special someone.
