The Ferme de Gally is an open farm in the Yvelines, west of Paris, that will immerse you in farm life among the animals. Children will delight in getting up close with donkeys, hens, cows, pigs and sheep and learning more about their way of life.

The whole family can stroll around meeting the animals or take part in 45-minute educational workshops on varied topics such as how to make bread, apple juice or butter, as well as other activities connected with farm life. You can also witness happy events such as the birth of kids in winter or chicks in the spring.

But that is not all: there are mazes, pony rides, fruit and vegetable picking, walks in the woods, guided tours, cookery classes… And whatever your appetite, you can stop off for a snack at the café and tearoom, which sells traditionally made brioches, madeleines and French toast!
