  4. Dans le Noir

Description

The concept started from Didier Roche's wish to transform our vision on disability and open a restaurant with half of the staff who are blind.

A few steps from the Centre Pompidou, in the very popular 4th arrondissement of Paris, it is in total darkness that your waiter guides you to your table without any idea of what you will eat. Let's start the experiment!

When you lose one sense, the others are multiplied tenfold. Then focus on smell and taste to enjoy a savoury, fresh and authentic cuisine, which combines flavours and textures, accompanied by a fine selection of wines. All your senses are awakened. With your fingertips, you can enjoy a bistronomic cuisine that awakens your taste buds. And for even more audacity, prefer the surprise menu that will be revealed to you at the end of the meal.

Before returning to daylight, you wait in the corridor to come to your senses and exchange your impressions. Bet on what you ate before the menu is revealed to you. An experience you won't soon forget!
