Description

For almost 300 years, the Dalloyau Private Chefs have been passing down the prized artisanal secrets that dazzled the Sun King and the Court of Versailles in 1682.

Considered the most noble of Paris’ patisseries, Dalloyau opened its first shop in the capital in the early 19th century. And so the Opéra Cake was born, a creation known all around the world, in tribute to the dancers of the Palais Garnier. This avant-garde dessert is bathed in a delicate coffee syrup, layered with buttercream and covered in a Madagascar dark chocolate glaze.

All kinds of masterpieces are simply waiting to be enjoyed. Display cases filled with Religieuses, Macarons or Chocolate Lace will drive those of you with a sweet tooth wild!
