Description

For four generations, Bruno Zamblera’s family have been growing mushrooms in a former stone quarry 30 kilometres from Paris. The mushrooms are grown in natural manure and are hand-picked every day. Cultivated using sustainable methods, they are sure to delight all mushroom lovers!

Six varieties are produced at La Champignonnière de La Marianne: the classic button mushroom, a speciality of the Paris Region, with its uniquely crunchy texture, as well as grey, pink and yellow oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and poplar mushrooms. High-quality fresh mushrooms with an authentic taste, sold directly on site and by the region’s market gardeners.

Their quality is certified by the regional centre for the promotion of innovation in food and agriculture (CERVIA).
