Description

Parsley frog legs, Burgundy escargot, artichoke vinaigrette, baba au rhum or tarte Tatin: there is no doubt you are in a real-deal Parisian brasserie with all the iconic specialities bursting with flavour!

Astair opened in 2018 and became an instant classic. It is located in the Passage des Panoramas, a typical example of the covered galleries that were so popular in the Grands Boulevards of the 19th century. “Designer of the Year” Tristan Auer designed the décor, which is sleekly contemporary and yet rooted in tradition (with its red bench seating, Art Deco mouldings, caned chairs and terrazzo flooring).

As for the menu, it bears the signature of chef Gilles Goujon, known for his Auberge du Vieux Puits (three Michelin stars) in southwestern France. Astair is his first foray into Paris. All the elements in place to ensure an unforgettable experience.
