Description
An unusual world awaits you where the seas, oceans and rivers meet. A world populated with fish and strange animals, and natural environments to be preserved. Sea Life offers you a chance to combine a journey into these marine environments with a fun way to discover the conservation of the different ecosystems. And to really submerge yourself in this environment - no pun intended - the aquarium is decorated in ways that faithfully reproduce the different living conditions of the various species. The rock pool and stingray cove were recently added to this paradise for ocean-lovers.
An ocean kingdom
Our journey begins along the 5000 km of French coasts, where we find octopuses and moray eels before diving into the depths of the Atlantic Ocean to discover the dogfish and sharks. Watch them swim over your head as you go through a 360° tunnel… Excitement guaranteed! Shark fans will be delighted to discover the lagoon specially set aside for them as well as the shark nursery. And you can even watch as we feed them!
We then head for the tropics with a stop-off in Amazonia to get up close to the legendary piranhas before discovering the coral reefs and their adorable fish, including the clownfish.
The most recent arrivals, the Gentoo and King penguins invite you to visit their home at the South Pole, in a new interactive environment with snow and of course the aurora borealis. It’s almost as if you were there!
For the most intrepid adventurers, come and try out the new virtual reality equipment. Put your headset on and plunge into ultra-realistic surroundings deep beneath the waves, where you’ll see whales and even a sunken shipwreck. The adventure continues at Sea Life Paris.
Come along and drop anchor at Sea Life!
Other aquariums are waiting for you in Paris region. Go to l'Aquarium de Paris or to l'Aquarium tropical de la Porte Dorée.
