Description

YSL, synonymous with French haute couture, the company’s monogram with its famous intertwined letters, has become the symbol of wildly elegant and brazen Paris fashion.

Yves Saint Laurent was just 25 years old when he created his brand in 1961, having already had remarkable success at Dior since 1955.
The young prodigy would go on to make headlines from collection to collection, until 2002 when he stepped down for good, leaving the lasting impression of his tuxedo for women and his trouser suit, which to this day remain icons of femininity and girl power.

While the brand now reigns over 250 shops throughout the world, in spring 2019 it invested in a famous location on the Rue Saint-Honoré: the former Colette boutique, a legendary concept store that closed in late 2017, after having breathed life into every trend for more than 20 years.

It makes an excellent backdrop for discovering Anthony Vaccarello’s latest creations in ready-to-wear and accessories, not to mention a lifestyle selection (decor, books, vinyls, etc.) which epitomises the entire YSL aesthetic spirit!
