Description

Hugues and Geneviève Rabourdin created the brewery in 2001, producing a beer called Bière de Brie with the barley from the farm. A few years later, they moved to a former grain silo in Courpalay, a remarkable site with listed historic monument status. Their love for their craft gave rise to the Bières de Brie, which have won several awards.

They make lagers, amber beers and wheat beers in three ranges – Briarde, Bière de Brie and Terrano. The beers are made using traditional methods and are unfiltered, unpasteurised and contain no added carbon dioxide or preservatives. 100% pure malt and 100% local craft beers!

Having visited the brewery and discovered the manufacturing process, what could be better than a beer tasting to sample light, refreshing beverages that have won numerous awards? Don’t forget to stop off at the shop on your way out so that you can savour these authentic flavours at home.
