Since the first race in 1920, the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe has become one of the highlights on the international horseracing calendar. Deemed to be the most prestigious race on the planet, it also draws the world’s biggest audience. The best international thoroughbreds and jockeys gallop off over a distance of 2,400 metres, chasing the much-coveted title.

Waldgeist stole the show in 2019, preventing Enable from taking a third win in the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe and giving André Fabre his eighth “Arc”.
