The Paris Region Pass, how does it work?
Purchase your Pass online, selecting the package of your choice, and then choose one of our Tourist Information Points located at Roissy or Orly airports, at Disneyland Paris or at Galeries Lafayette in the very heart of Paris to collect your Pass on the date of your choice.
When you purchase a Paris Region Pass, you will be given a free leaflet with a map of the public transport system and our recommendations for visits to help you get the most from your stay.
The Paris Region Pass (PRP) is used to house the contactless Paris Visite ticket. The applicable General Terms of Sale and Use for this pass can be viewed at www.navigo.fr
The use of the PRP is subject to your full and unreserved acceptance of the general terms of sale and use for the pass.
The PRP is distributed by tourism bodies such as the Comité Régional du Tourisme Paris Ile-de-France (Paris Ile-de-France Regional Tourism Committee). To familiarise yourself with any specific requirements imposed by the tourism body, please refer to the General Terms of Sale and Use for the card concerned.
You must obligatorily stamp the PRP in the terminals for the public transport methods used during your journey. During inspections, the PRP must be presented, loaded with the contactless Paris Visite package, which should be valid and validated. Otherwise, the bearer will be required to pay a fixed charge in accordance with the regulations applicable to public passenger transport services.
If the user forgets to take his/home pass when travelling, he/she must purchase transport tickets. No refund will be issued for these.
The PRP will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. The transport tickets it contains will not be replaced or refunded.
The user must comply with the rules applicable for the different tourism service operators (tourist buses, boats, etc.).
