Christophe Michalak, Steve Burggraf (the founder of Big Fernand), and Alexandre Marchon came up with the concept that promises a bounty of vegetables from local farmers.

It includes five exclusive creations made with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as aromatic herbs form an urban garden that reigns over the restaurant.
