Pitchfork Music Festival Paris
Born in Chicago, the Pitchfork Music Festival stands out for its innovative and ambitious programming, bringing together several of the great names in French and international independent music. In venues steeped in history, from the Trianon to the Café de la danse, via the Bataclan, Saint-Eustache church and the Gaîté Lyrique, vibrate to the sounds of pop, alternative folk, indie rock, RnB, all with a touch of electro.
Pitchfork Music Festival in 2022
On November 14, 15 and 16, 2022, the Gaîté Lyrique will host three major nights of the festival with the British post-rock revelation Black Country, New Road, who will be accompanied by the Americans of Dehd. Also on the programme are the Brighton quartet Porridge Radio, the synth-pop of Nation Of Language and the rockers of TV Priest. Not forgetting the London jazz-rock geniuses The Comet Is Coming and the singer and percussionist Falle Nioke, for a series of concerts like no other.
You will also find the group Michelle, this collective of 6 young artists who embody the renewal of the indie scene at the Café de la danse on November 14th or Knucks, the rising star of UK rap, on November 17th at the Place** or the young artist Tirzah who will perform on November 20th at the Trianon**. On 18 and 19 November, the unmissable "Pitchfork Avant-Garde " will give pride of place to discoveries by inviting 33 artists to perform in several venues in the Bastille district (Badaboum, PopUp!, Café de la Danse, Supersonic, Supersonic Records, Les Disquaires)!
