After attending classes with the great Gaston Lenôtre, Pierre Hermé composes and creates the flavours, textures and design of a haute-couture patisserie that he declines into collections.
Already established in Tokyo and celebrated in Japan, it is in the luxurious district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés that he opened his first Parisian boutique in 2001 where he still offers a wide choice of macaroons, chocolates, cakes and French specialities such as mille-feuille.
In a minimalist design, his cakes are refined to keep only the taste and subtlety of the flavours. Pierre Hermé is inspired by the products in harmony with the seasons and brings you back to your childhood memories.
