The chef, Mickael Garcia, is a foodie himself and has been in the business for more than fifteen years. He’ll be introducing you to the pleasure of home cooking, as well as all the aromas of classic French gastronomy.

He is keen to offer you the best that French cuisine has to offer, and selects only the freshest, seasonal ingredients to create food that really does move with the times. As the seasons change, so does the menu – nothing ever stays the same for long! Accompany your meal with a delicate or Corsica wine, and enjoy being looked after by the knowledgeable O’Billot team.
