Musical Gardens

The Musical Gardens offer you the promise to discover the groves of the Château de Versailles, usually closed to the public, and the French-style gardens, so magnificently sublimated by André Le Nôtre.

At the bend of flowered parterres, around the corner from perfectly pruned boxwood or in a grove, here you are in front of the statues of Apollo, Proserpine, the Marmousets and other masterpieces sometimes hidden. The Neptune Basin, the largest basin in the castle's gardens, offers you every 15 minutes a magnificent composition of water fountains in a baroque choreography that the Sun King himself would have loved.
