Description

From the Seine, you are just a stone's throw away from Notre Dame Cathedral, offering you an unmissable view of Paris. You could almost forget that you are still on the quay. On the Parisian barge Le Son de la Terre, you can discover artists from around the world and tastes from elsewhere.

Embark on a journey through world music

The new venue for live music in Paris offers two stages on two floors, creating two different atmospheres. And there's plenty to enjoy: jazz, reggae, folk, funk, Latin rhythms, Cuban salsa, and much more. In 1977, the Voyager space probe took off, carrying a disc of sounds and music from around the world. Who knows, extraterrestrials might like Earth's music. It is this spirit of musical sharing from all cultures and backgrounds that shines through on the stages of the barge. The show boat unveils a programme open to renowned international artists as well as the talents of tomorrow: the Beninese duo Landry+, New Yorker Dahlia Dumont, and French saxophonist Pierre Bertrand. On a stage sponsored by Thomas Dutronc, you're in good hands. One thing is certain: Le Son de la Terre always promises a unique musical experience that will have you swaying to the waves as much as to the musical flow.

A journey that is as much about taste as it is about music

On the barge, music is food for the soul, but your taste buds are not left out either. The crew takes you on a journey with cuisine that blends influences, always homemade and always seasonal. Sail away with fresh and inventive bistronomic cuisine. French, Italian and Lebanese cuisine come together to create a menu that feels like a trip around the world. Those who come just to raise a glass and soak up the sun to the sound of the saxophone can enjoy the house's signature cocktails.
