  4. Le Loubnane

Description

It is in the pure family tradition that Kamal Nassif opened Le Loubnane and won the title of first ambassador of Lebanese gastronomy in Paris. Red curtains, exposed stones and private lounge installed in the vaulted basement cellar, this warm setting offers a friendly atmosphere that comes straight from Beirut.

Find here all the great classics of Lebanese cuisine, from the wines of the Bekaa Plain selected with love to the typical dishes with a thousand spices. Of great finesse and diversity, Lebanese cuisine makes you travel as soon as you read the menu with its Mediterranean names such as warakenab, baba ghannoug, kebbe Sayniyeh, or bouza, homemade ice cream made with pine resin and orange blossom.

This is the guarantee of a successful evening around a mezze of hummus, falafels, eggplant caviar, tabbouleh and fatayers. At nightfall, the party is in full swing with dancers and musicians accompanying your dinner.
