Description

Symbol of French gastronomy

Since 1899, the brasserie Fouquet's has embodied the spirit of Paris, brilliant and festive.

Ideally located at the corner of the Champs-Elysées and Avenue George V, the famous brasserie is easily recognisable with its red awnings and its name in gold letters.

Its mythical decor opens onto two magnificent terraces, on the Champs-Elysées and the Avenue George V, which invite you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine. Embellished by Jacques Garcia, the timeless charm of Fouquet's Paris remains intact. With its red armchairs and its gallery of black and white portraits of famous actors who have frequented the establishment, the brasserie proudly displays its eternal link with the artistic scene.
Listed as a Historic Monument since 1990, the Brasserie Fouquet's de Paris has been a true Parisian institution for over 120 years, an embodiment of celebration and gustatory pleasure.

Pierre Gagnaire, the three-starred chef in charge of the kitchens, offers traditional, varied and modernised dishes. The menu evolves with the seasons and features the great classics of French gastronomy such as steak tartare or sole meunière. Let yourself be surprised by the softness of the beef bourguignon, the lightness of the mashed potatoes or the crunchiness of a croque-monsieur for lunch. Not forgetting the delicious homemade pastries, profiteroles, crêpe suzette or pavlova, to finish on a sweet note.

The welcome is thoughtful and warm and always makes you feel exceptional. Whether you come for a business lunch, a family meal or a gala reception, it is the ideal place to experience a moment apart.

A place of cinema

In the 1930s, Fouquet's became a cinema Mecca. From Joséphine Baker to Jean Gabin, not forgetting Gene Kelly, the greatest names in cinema all met in this mythical brasserie. In the 1950s, the New Wave, from François Truffaut to Jean-Luc Godard, continued the tradition. And even now, during the César or the Nuit des Molières, actors and their friends sit at their table as if at home. Quentin Tarantino, Jodie Foster, Sean Penn, Guillaume Canet or Jean Dujardin have come to add their names to the credits of a story that is part of the house tradition.

A legendary table on the most beautiful avenue in the world!
