Description
A few kilometres east of Paris, the luxurious Château de Ferrières is the setting for the restaurant Le Baron with its old-fashioned charm. The chef Patrick Juhel, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2000, and the chef Ludovic Petit prepare exquisite gastronomic dishes. Golden scallops with timut pepper, champagne with mango and passion fruit; rosé cooked veal, yuzu juice, veal tail lasagne… mouth-watering evocations.
Named after Baron James de Rothschild, who had the Château de Ferrières built in the 19th century in a 132-hectare park, discover a truly enchanting place. The restaurant has 3 lounges: the Louis XIII lounge, the White lounge and the private lounge. Three different universes and atmospheres for a memorable evening!
On fine days, you can also take advantage of the sunny terrace while admiring the park. An exceptional place and a true French savoir-faire !
