Description
Just a stone's throw from the restaurant Les Deux Magots, La Table de Mee invites guests to immerse themselves in the richness of Korean cuisine. With only 24 places available, this intimate address, little sister of the Bistrot de Mee, is sometimes described as "the best Korean restaurant in Paris ’.
The Gwon family presents its Chosŏn
Chosŏn, the name given to Korea, literally translates as ‘land of the fresh morning’. For the Gwon fathers, mothers and sons, it is synonymous with authentic and affordable cuisine.
La Table de Mee stands out for its modern approach to Korean cuisine, while remaining faithful to tradition. So galbi jjim, gajii tuigimm, japchäe, mandu… Don't frown at the menu, just ask for advice. You'll learn that galbi jjim is similar to our beef bourguignon. That mandu is a particularly addictive kimchi ravioli. And that even without reading the details of the ingredients, you're guaranteed to get something for your taste buds.
To savour these local and international dishes, sit down at the table, or in front of the chef's grill to enjoy the show. And if the aromas don't make your tummy rumble yet, wait until you've taken your first bite. From starter to dessert, La Table de Mee offers a ballet of refined flavours. All in an intimate setting that almost gives you the impression of being in the Gwon household.
An address praised by the Michelin guide
Awarded the Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide, La Table de Mee has established itself as a not-to-be-missed address for its quality/price ratio. Customer reviews are almost unanimous: the quality of the dishes, the warm welcome and the attention to detail make this a experience to be repeated with your eyes shut.
