As the Christmas holidays come to an end, a dash to La Campagnarde is in order: this is home to the best galettes in the region, which even won an award from the Greater Paris Union of Bakers and Pastry Chefs in 2019 – a wonderful acknowledgement of Carneiro’s hard work.
