Description

A terrace bar with a view over Paris

A new gem has settled in the splendid Hôtel des Arts et Métiers, in the heart of the Marais: the Herbarium. Far from stereotypes, this shelter has been designed especially for cocktail aficionados looking for refined touches. Signed by Raphael Navot, this bar is on the border between perfumery and apothecary shop. The beverages, made from plants, flowers and spices, promise a unique experience with every sip. On the menu you will find delicacies such as "Sud Sud Sud" made with Bourgoin cognac, pear and bergamot marmalade, lemon and mandarin mousse.

Taste and smell are intimately linked in this interactive experience. Here, we take the time to smell the vials, discuss with the mixologist and understand the associations in our glasses. Far from the classic shaker agitation, bartenders create these preparations using delicate and precise gestures. Calm is the watchword and you can feel it! The setting accompanies this peaceful atmosphere with a leather counter, subdued lights, a charred bar and cosy armchairs.

You will also like the hotel's rooftop on the top floor of the hotel, an exceptional spot to have a drink with friends or with your loved one.
