After his training in the Crillon kitchens and then at Fauchon's, it was in 2012 that Christophe Adam opened his first boutique in the heart of the Marais, on rue Pavée, and that the success story began!
Voted best pastry chef of the year by the Pudlo guide, this fashionable pastry chef travels the world with his éclairs and opens new shops in Japan, Italy, Russia and Canada, delighting the gourmands.
But it is above all in his factory in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris that he invents and creates his famous éclairs: with raw chocolate, raspberry pistachio, pecan vanilla or salted butter caramel, the taste is authentic and the aesthetics always perfect!
Following on the trail of his success he has chosen to diversify by offering a whole range of delicatessens in his new concept stores at the Galeries Lafayette Gourmet. Chocolate tablets, colourful candies, crapotes, these caramelised puff pastry sticks, macaroons… We're asking for more!
