Description

An iconic monument reinvented

After several years of renovation work, the Grand Palais has undergone a spectacular transformation. This architectural masterpiece from 1900, combining glass, steel and stone, has been restored to its former glory while embracing modernity. Visitors can now stroll freely between Square Jean Perrin and the Seine, discover redesigned gardens, welcoming public spaces and smoother traffic flow. The whole complex has been designed to offer an accessible, friendly and immersive experience in the heart of one of Paris' most beautiful monuments.

A rich and festive cultural programme

The Grand Palais has been transformed into a veritable cultural hub, with programming designed for all audiences. Modern and contemporary art exhibitions, immersive installations, live performances, creative workshops… there's something for everyone. Major events are returning to the famous glass roof of the nave: Art Basel Paris, Saut Hermès, Taste of Paris, and even the Grand Palais des Glaces in winter… An invitation to experience Paris in a different way, combining heritage and innovation.

Gourmet breaks and tailor-made services

To extend your visit, the Grand Palais offers a range of refined and varied dining options. The Réséda Café, designed by Thierry Marx, focuses on local, responsible and tasty cuisine, ideal for a relaxed break. The Grand Café, an elegant brasserie designed by Joseph Dirand, revisits French classics in a Belle Époque setting with a terrace. In terms of services, everything has been designed with visitor comfort in mind: online ticketing, cloakrooms, children's areas, a bookshop and even family-friendly tours. A complete experience combining culture, relaxation and enjoyment.

Extend the experience in the most beautiful museums and monuments in the Paris Region.
