On the forecourt of the Musée d'Art Moderne de la ville de Paris, a new terrace restaurant has opened its doors to the delight of visitors' taste buds. Forest is above all a space for creation and sharing, festive and gastronomic, with a well-mastered, raw and natural scenography, sheltered from the frenzy of the city. From the open kitchen, the show can begin!

The spacious terrace offers an unmissable view of the Eiffel Tower, to enjoy a tasty moment in the shadow of the museum's columns. This new Parisian restaurant by the Moma Group takes its name from Chef Julien Sebbag's favourite song, "A Forest" by the great British band The Cure and evokes a green and rock symbolism. After Créatures and Tortuga, Julien Sebbag, a committed chef, reveals an honest and eco-responsible cuisine. A very topical message that is conveyed through gourmet food!

The 28 year old Parisian chef creates a local and seasonal cuisine, with this sensitivity to short circuits, eco-responsibility and even anti-waste that characterises him. This lover of vegetables puts the product in the spotlight around the vegetable, the aquatic and the animal. Comforting and surprising dishes that will take you beyond the Eiffel Tower. Oyster mushrooms flambéed in Mezcal Union, rhubarb pickles, parsley oil and pea shoots for the "Forest" dish; a salad of asparagus & peas, radish petals, feta marinated in cumin seeds and coriander for the one called "spring"; or a kebab cake, braised aubergine, raw thina, coloured tomato salad with wild garlic for the "crash" dish. Dishes with evocative names that make your mouth water and let your imagination run wild…

According to well established codes, Forest invites you to toast your friends with signature cocktails created around three elements, water, fire and rye. Surprising tastes that combine mineral and vegetable, such as fennel, apple and ginger beer in the "Panacea".

Forest, in addition to being the new Parisian spot, unveils a musical programme curated by artistic director and DJ Dorion Fiszel. Throughout the summer of 2021, until September, come and sway to the rhythm of the music on the MAM terrace.
