Fête des vendanges de Montmartre

Every October for the last 92 years, local residents, neighbouring Parisians and tourists gather at the top of Butte Montmartre as the grapes of the Parisian vines are harvested.

Over the years, the event has evolved to become a fully-fledged festival and celebration of the arts and Parisian life. From 8 to 12 October 2025, different spots around the city’s 18th arrondissement will be hosting a rich programme of events, including concerts featuring some rising stars from the realms of pop, rock, electro and hip-hop. There are also live shows, yarn bombing workshops, guided tours of the vineyards and Montmartre’s neighbourhoods, tastings of the best French produce and the Bal de la Paix, a dance that brings the unmissable event to a close.
