Description
Established in May 2025 at the Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris (/en/musee-d-art-moderne-de-paris), 'Corail' replaces the former Forest restaurant. This new gourmet address transforms the museum experience into a sensory interlude between modern and contemporary art and the pleasures of the table. Nestling between the Palais de Tokyo and the Palais Galliera, Corail is the new meeting place for Parisians and visitors in search of freshness and refinement.
The terrasse is undoubtedly one of the restaurant's greatest assets. Spacious, bathed in sunshine and lined with lemon trees, it offers a spectacular view over the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. Designed as a Mediterranean stopover, it combines natural materials, colourful textiles and furniture with exotic accents, creating a ‘Parisian Riviera ’ atmosphere right in the heart of the 16th arrondissement.
Generous, sunny cuisine
The resolutely summery menu celebrates the flavours of the South with elegance. You'll enjoy raw fish with lemony marinades, XXL Niçoise salads, grilled octopus with citrus fruit, and sea bass paccheri. Desserts, such as the vanilla-pistachio millefeuille or the Royal chocolat, are a delicious way to extend the pleasure.
Cocktails and conviviality
In the golden hour, the cocktail bar becomes the beating heart of the establishment. The colourful and subtle in-house creations accompany lively conversations and sunsets over the 'Iron Lady'. Whether for lunch with friends, a romantic dinner or a festive aperitif, Corail promises an unforgettable experience, suspended between the sky and the Seine.
