Description
The Clubbing exhibition at the Grand Palais Immersif is much more than just a visit: it's an immersive experience that plunges you into the heart of the world of clubs and electronic culture. Imagine 1,200 m² transformed into a new-generation club, where history and technology meet to offer an unprecedented sensory experience.
As soon as you enter, you're greeted by an illuminated sign and an iconic bouncer, before finding yourself surrounded by virtual clubbers who instantly immerse you in the club atmosphere. You're not just a spectator, but an active participant in this interactive party.
A journey through club history
Clubbing invites you to explore the mythical places that have shaped club culture, from New York to Paris, via Berlin, Tokyo and São Paulo. You'll discover legendary clubs such as the Loft, Studio 54, the Hacienda, the Palace, the Bains Douches, the Pulp, the Trésor and the Berghain, each of which has left its unique sonic mark on the history of the night.
This exhibition is a celebration of the diversity and evolution of clubs, from their underground origins to contemporary trends. It's a plunge into a world where music unites, liberates and reinvents.
Create your avatar and join the party
One of the highlights of the exhibition is the Avatar Studio, where you can create your own avatar. Dressed by stylist Maroussia Debeck, your digital double is ready to dance and party. Lose yourself in the world of night, sound and light and become the protagonist of this unique, ephemeral work of art.
Do you like music? Take part in one of the many festivals that punctuate the summer in Paris and its Region.
