Description
Get into the holiday spirit early in a funky and festive musical ambiance and idyllic setting at the heart of the Enghien-les-Bains spa resort, temple of parties and games during the Second French Empire and Belle Époque.
Once again this year, the Barrière Enghien Jazz Festival, in partnership with the town of Enghien-les-Bains on the outskirts of Paris, will be bringing French and international artists to the stage for 4 days, much to the delight of festival-goers.
From the jazz club to the floating stage on the lake, from the Roses stage to the prestigious setting of the casino theatre, the concerts follow one another in a euphoria of sounds and rhythms that invite you to dance or take a spiritual stroll.
Tailor-made for the town of Enghien-Les-Bains by the Barrière group in June 2000, the Barrière Enghien Jazz Festival showcases gospel, blues and jazz, which are at the root of most of today's musical rhythms. A mix of influences that's good for you! Legendary headliners meet up with up-and-coming talent for a family-friendly festival that's free and open to all.
Europe's largest floating stage, the Jardin des Roses stage and the Casino Barrière Theatre have all seen a host of prestigious and diverse artists such as Rhoda Scott, Marcus Miller, Dave Brubeck, Earth, Wind & Fire and many others.
Visitors should note that concerts on the floating stage are free. One more reason to attend the event 'that makes the whole city sing'!
